Apple Cinnamon Muffin

  Apple Cinnamon Muffin

It's my day off today so I just thought of baking something to have it on our dinning table for tomorrow's thanksgiving day! This is just an experiment and it turn out to be good say's my son and my hubby. I'm back for work tomorrow so my client is lucky because I'm going to bring some  muffins to her.

Ingredients:
1/2 stick melted butter
3/4 cups granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
1/2 cups milk
1 cup apple sauce
Refined sugar for toppings

 Procedure: Preheat oven to 375
1. Mix butter, sugar then add the 2 eggs beat them well,
2. add 1 tsp vanilla, mix them,
3. add 2 cups all purpose flour, 1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp baking powder and 1 tbsp ground cinnamon, mix them well
4. add 1/2 cups of milk, mix them, 
5. add the apple sauce, mix them
6. Pour the batter into muffin pans and baked them for 20 minutes. When done, you can sprinkle refined sugar on top of the muffin. This recipe will make 12 muffins. Hope you enjoy!
